WHAT IS STUDIO SUVELLE AND WHO DOES IT WORK WITH?
Studio Suvelle is a design studio focused on brand identity, web design, and creative direction, based in Portugal. We work with brands that value clarity, structure, and timeless aesthetics, on projects ranging from visual identity to the website and the content that supports it. Every project is led with a curated, consistent vision across all platforms.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We work across four main areas: visual identity (logo, palette, typography, and brand guide), website design on Wix Studio, visual content and brand photography, and digital products such as templates and tools. Services can be commissioned individually or as a complete, cohesive system across platforms.

WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT FOR A PROJECT WITH STUDIO SUVELLE?
Each project is quoted according to scope. As a reference, a complete visual identity starts at 1.800€ and website design starts at 1.900€. For projects that combine several areas, we prepare a tailored quote after an initial conversation about goals and context.

WHAT DOES WEBSITE DESIGN INCLUDE?
Design and development are done on the Wix Studio platform. We build the site on our own account and then transfer it to the client's account. The domain and hosting are managed by the client through Wix, and we always recommend a premium plan. At the end, we deliver a clear manual so the site can be published and maintained without difficulty. Providing the content needed for development is the client's responsibility.

DO YOU WORK ON PLATFORMS OTHER THAN WIX?
We work on Wix by choice. It is the platform that lets us deliver rigorous design while giving the client full autonomy to manage the site after delivery. If you have a preference for another platform, we can review the project and prepare a suitable quote.

WILL I BE ABLE TO MANAGE MY SITE AFTER DELIVERY?
Yes. The process is designed to be simple. We provide guidance and a manual with everything you need to maintain the site independently, even without technical experience.

DO YOU CREATE VISUAL CONTENT, PHOTOGRAPHY, AND SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT?
Yes. We create brand photography and visual content based on your identity and color palette, including templates for social media. For brands looking for continuity, we also manage Instagram and Facebook, with strategic planning and feed design. These services are quoted according to the frequency and scope required.

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
Every project begins with a meeting where we align goals, context, and aesthetic direction. From there, we set a delivery date before work begins. The result always stays within the language that defines Studio Suvelle, in line with the vision and values of the client's brand. Projects with urgency can be accommodated for an additional fee.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Payment is made by bank transfer, in two stages: 50% when the project is awarded and 50% before final delivery. The initial deposit is non-refundable and reserves the time dedicated to the project. If, during the process, you feel the direction does not match what you envisioned, you will not be required to proceed with the remaining amount. The initial alignment exists precisely so that this does not happen.
